Return PolicyWe want you to return to our site a happy customer knowing that if you're not satisfied with one of our products, you can return it for a refund. You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. It is best to contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. If you are requesting a refund, your refund will be issued for the items returned (less shipping charges) after we have received the items in unused and undamaged condition, in its original unopened packaging, with all accessories and manuals included. Custom orders, items cut to size, any products that have been opened and/or attempted to be installed, or any item described as non-returnable will not be eligible for a refund. If you are requesting an exchange of the merchandise, the replacement will be shipped to you once we receive the return. Shipping charges will apply to the replacement package. Returns are to be shipped prepaid by the buyer. All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. No items will be considered for a refund beyond 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee may apply on some items due to crating and packaging.
Back Order PolicyOur purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping PolicyMost Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Shipping rates will vary depending upon the weight, size and type of products you have ordered, as well as the state and zip code to which the items are being delivered. Shipping charges are calculated in real time based upon current rates by the freight carriers. Rates may change from time to time due to fuel surcharges and rate increases by the carrier.

If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, you may cancel your order without cost or penalty. If an order is cancelled after the item has shipped, the order is subject to the restocking fee as well as the shipping and handling charges both to and from the shipping address.
Damaged Goods PolicyPlease inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. Any concealed damage must be reported to customer service within 15 days of receipt. Note: We do not replace or refund damaged merchandise if it has been installed. Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Warranties for defective products are provided by the manufacturer. Please complete and mail any warranty cards received with your merchandise. If you need help with a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Please have your invoice available with the product code when you call.
